1. Definitions
For the purposes of this document:
"The Club": Pumas Rugby Athletic Club, a sports entity registered in Israel.
"Site": The official web portal and subdomains of the Club.
"User": Any person who accesses, browses, or uses the Site.
"Content": All text, images, audiovisual material, code, or data available on the Site, whether generated by the Club or by third parties.
2. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using the Site, the User declares to have read, understood, and accepted these Terms and Conditions. Use of the Site implies full acceptance of the provisions established herein.
3. Modifications
The Club may modify, update, or expand these Terms at any time by posting the updated version on the Site. The effective date will be indicated at the beginning of the document. Continued use of the Site after the publication of changes constitutes acceptance thereof.
4. Jurisdiction and Applicable Law
These Terms are governed exclusively by the laws of the State of Israel, particularly the Contracts (Remedies for Breach) Law, 5731-1970, and other applicable regulations.
Any dispute will be submitted to the competent courts of Jerusalem, Israel.
In case of any discrepancy between language versions, the Hebrew version shall prevail.
5. Authorized Use
The Site is offered for personal, informational, and non-commercial use, unless authorized in writing. The following is prohibited:
- Copying, reproducing, or redistributing the Content without express permission.
- Using the Site for illegal, defamatory, fraudulent activities, or activities that violate the rights of third parties.
- Interfering with the technical operation of the Site.

6. Intellectual Property
All rights to the Content, design, and code of the Site belong to the Club or its licensors and are protected by the Copyright Act, 5768-2007, and international treaties.
Unauthorized use may result in civil and criminal action.
7. User-Generated Content
The User who posts or submits Content grants the Club a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license for its use for promotional or informational purposes, without prejudice to their right to request its removal. The User declares that they hold the necessary rights to grant such a license.
8. Disclaimer of Liability
The Site is provided "as is" and "as available." The Club does not guarantee the accuracy, availability, or suitability of the information and will not be liable for direct or indirect damages arising from its use.
9. Images and Multimedia Material
Participation in Club activities implies the possible capture and publication of images and videos for promotional purposes. The User may request their removal by sending a written request, unless there is a legal obligation for their retention.
10. Purchases and Memberships
Transactions made through the Site will be governed by the Consumer Protection Law, 5741-1981, and its regulations, including cancellation and refund rights. Specific prices, conditions, and policies will be published in the corresponding section.
